Exercises:

1. Jumping Jacks

Procedure:

a) Stand with your feet hip-distance apart, with your arms at your sides.
b) simultaneously raise your arms out to the sides and over your head, and jump your feet out so they’re slightly more than shoulder-width apart.
c) Without pausing, quickly reverse the movement.

Targets: It is the best cardio exercise that will help you to lose the overall fat of your body and also helps in strengthening.

Perform 4sets of 20 repetitions each to get the best result.

Key-factor:  jump just outside of hip-distance apart. Also, try and minimize the amount of time you’re pausing—the quicker your calves can propel you between jumps, the more cardiovascular and muscular benefit you’ll gain.

 

 

2. Shoulder Touch Plank

Procedure:

a) First, move into the top of the Push-Up position. You do this by lying face down on the ground. Put the palms of your hands straightforwardly under the shoulders. Dig your toes into the floor. Extend at the elbows raising your body up to the highest push-up position.
b) Lift the palm of your right hand off of the floor. Use your legs and left hand to hold your body’s weight. Twist at the elbow of your correct arm and gradually bring your hand and contact the front of your left shoulder. Lower your correct arm restoring the palm level on the base in line along with your shoulder.
c)Repeat step two with your opposite hand.

Targets: It helps to reduce the fat of your arms and also target your abs.

Perform 4 sets of 30 seconds each.

Key-factor: Make sure that your back is straight and isn’t bend.

 

 

3. Side Plank

Procedure:
a) Lay on your side together with your forearm flat on the ground, bottom elbow lined up directly under your shoulder and both legs extended call at an extended line.
b) Feet can either be lurched for greater security, or stacked for to a greater degree a test.
c) Engage your core and lift your hips off the floor, forming a straight line from your head to your feet.
d) Your top hand can be on side of hip (easier) or reaching up to the ceiling (harder).

4. Hip Bridge

a) Lie down on your back.
b) Bend your knees, while keeping your feet flat on the floor.
c) Raise your hips off the floor, your body would form a straight line from your shoulders to your knees.
d) Freeze in this position for about 1sec and then slowly lower back down.

Targets: It targets your legs, butts, stomach, and back. Also apart from its other positive effects it reduces pain in the legs and back and will improve your posture.

Perform it for 1 minute.

 

 

5. Single leg circle

Procedure:
a) Lie on your back together with your legs extended.
b) Your arms should be placed at your sides.
c) Lift your right leg over the ground, so that it would point to the ceiling.
d) Circle your leg clockwise and anti-clockwise and then lower it back down.
e)Do the same thing with your left leg.
f) Increase the size of the circle.

Targets: It helps in improving core strength and pelvis. Also by this abs get a proper workout.

Perform this for 1 minute.

Key-factor: Do not lift your shoulder or head from the ground.

 

 

6. Leg Raise

Procedure:
a) Lie down on the mat facing upwards.
b) Place your legs close to each other.
c)Lift them up about a hand length over the ground.
d) Hold your legs in this position for a couple of seconds.
e) Lower them back down.

Targets: It’s the best exercise to reduce belly fat.

Perform 4 sets of 15 repetitions each.

Key-factor: Make sure that your core remains tight and your legs don’t touch the ground.

 

 

7. Lunges

Procedure:
a) Stand with your feet slightly apart and then take a big step forward with your right leg.
b) In this position, your thigh has to be parallel to the floor.
c) Lower your body until your right knee is at a 90-degree angle.
d) Then return to the starting position.

Targets: They are exceptionally great for strengthening your muscles and improving both your coordination and flexibility.

Perform it for 1 minute.

 

 

8. Squats

Procedure:
a) Stand with your feet slightly apart.
b) Bend in a sitting position until your thighs will be parallel to the floor.
c) Stay in this position for some time.
d) Go back up.

Targets: It targets your legs and glute.

Perform 4 sets of 15 repetitions each.

Key-factor: Make sure your knees don’t bend forward much, do this like you are sitting on a chair.
