3. Avoid sugary substances/ beverages/ soft drinks

Avoiding sugar is the most reliable way to lose weight. Due to know a spoon of sugar contains 16 calories. l know it’s not that much but sugar is present in many foods and beverages. If you consume less sugar then it helps you to consume fewer calories.

4. Drink more water

Water plays an important role in weight loss. Doing so can increase the number of calories you burn up to 90 minutes. However, the timing of drinking is very important, as having it before meals can help reduce hunger and make you automatically consume fewer calories.
